REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the meinSiggi app or moBiel YOU app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return your bike at an official nextbike station or along a blue marked flex street and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike outside of an station, a service fee of at least €20 will be charged.

E-cargobikes are available at two stations: 33005 Siegfriedplatz and 33081 REWE Center Quermann. Scan the QR Code on the bike with themeinSiggi app and the FrameLock will open automatically.

Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The monthly rate is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your account settings.
Basic rate
1 €/30 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 10 €/24 h.
Monthly rate
10 €/ month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 10 €/24 h).
E-cargobikes and e-bikes are excluded.
Special rate
0 €/60 min
The first 60 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 10 €/24 h).
Night tariff: max. 3 € per rental between 6pm and 9am.
E-cargobikes and e-bikes are excluded.
Basic rate
2 €/30 min
The maximum daily charge is 25 €/24 h.
