Our tariffsHow it works
Bikes can be rented and returned in Grünheide, Erkner, Fangschleuse and Freienbrink. The return in Berlin is not allowed.
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
Return your bike at official stations of nextbike Edeka Grünheide and close the FrameLock. The rental will be stopped automatically. If you return your bike away from the stations Grünheide, Erkner, Fangschleuse or Freienbrink, a service fee of at least 20 € will be charged.

Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The monthly subscription is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Mainz, Konstanz, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.
Basic tariff
1 €/15 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 15 €/24 h.
Monthly subscription
10 €/month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 15 €/24 h).
BUSINESSbike subscription
0 €/60 min
Employees of Edeka in Grünheide enjoy 60 free minutes per rental. Beyond that, the basic rate applies.
