REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a 1 € deposit is required and will become nextbike credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will automatically open.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Leipzig: Return your bike within the blue marked zone and at an official station at no extra costs. For 1 € extra you can return your bike within the pink zone. Bikes can also be returned at stations in Schkeuditz and Taucha. Press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from the zones or stations, a service fee of at least 20 € will be charged.

RENTAL
Rent an e-cargobike in the North of Leipzig easily via app: scan the QR-code or enter the bike number. The frame lock opens automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return your e-cargobike to its home station which is printed on the box. Close the lock by pressing down the lever. Refresh your app to make sure the rental has been stopped. If you return your cargobike away from its home station, a service fee of 20 € will be charged.

Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The monthly rate is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Mainz, Konstanz, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.
Basic tariff
1 €/15 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is 15 €/24 h.
Monthly tariff
10 €/month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 15 €/24 h).
Annual tariff
60 €/year
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at 1 € (max. 15 €/24 h).
e-Cargobike
1 €/15 min
You are charged every 15 minutes and pay a maximum of 15 €/24 h per rental.
