How it works
REGISTRATION
Please register on the website with your business email address. A confirmation link will be sent to the e-mail address, and activation will take place automatically after verification. If you do not have a business e-mail address, you will receive your personal verification code for registration from your supervisor or works council.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PAUSE RIDE
Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.
RETURN
The bikes may only be returned at the official stations within the nextbike - Graben system. Push down the small lever on the frame lock. The return in other nextbike systems is not allowed.

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
