REGISTRATION
Simply register quickly and easily using the nextbike app.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return your bike to an official VELOLEO station. Close the frame lock. The return is automatically recorded. For returns outside of the mentioned locations, we charge a service fee of €20.

Rent a cargobike at the stations Lichtwerk-Höfe, Alsterplatz or Freyastraße. Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike.
RETURN
Return the cargobike to its home station printed on the bike and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return the cargobike away from its home station, a service fee of at least €20 will be charged.
REGISTRATION
Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a €1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.
RENTAL
Rent an ebike at the ebike station Lichtwerk-Höfe. Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.

Return your ebike to the station Lichtwerk-Höfe and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike outside of this station, a service fee of at least €20 will be charged.

Our tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The monthly rate is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Mainz, Konstanz, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your app Wallet.
Basic tariff
€1 / 30 min
If you have not booked another tariff, you will be charged at the basic rate. The maximum daily charge is €10/24 h.
Night tariff:
A night tariff flat rate of €3 is automatically charged for rentals between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. on weekdays.
Monthly tariff
€10 / month
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Afterwards, each additional half hour will be charged at €0,95 (max. € 10/24 h).
Night rate:
A night rate of €2,85 is automatically added to rentals between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. on weekdays.
