Register in our app or website using your student email-address (y-nummer@tu-braunschweig.de). You will then be sent a confirmation link. After this link has been clicked and verified, your account will be automatically activated.

You’ve already registered with nextbike, but didn’t use your student email address? Update your email address in your customer account and confirm the link which is sent to that email address.

On each rental in Braunschweig, the first 30 minutes are for free. Afterwards the basic rate of the respective bike type applies. The discount will be granted in Braunschweig for up to two parallely rented bikes.

The semesterticket-tariff applies for the current semester, up to two weeks after the end of the semester.  For the next semester you have to verify again.
