As a resident you will receive a voucher code from the Nibelungen-Wohnbau-GmbH. You can redeem this voucher code once in your customer account via app or website.

Residents of the Nibelungen cycle 8 hours a month free of charge with a bike, by getting the first half hour per rental for free. This means that the first 16 rentals per month are discounted. Every additional 15 minutes per rental and from the 17th rental onwards the basic rate will be charged.

If you rent several bikes at the same time, the discounted rate only applies to the first bike. Further bikes are also charged at the basic rate.
